03Does it operate in an NIS2 sector such as energy, transport, health, digital infrastructure, manufacturing, or public administration?
04Is it a regulated financial entity or a critical ICT provider to financial entities?
05Does it provide, deploy, import, or distribute an AI system or general-purpose AI model?
06Does it make connected products or related services, or control data those products generate?
07Does it place cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soya, wood, or derived products on the EU market or export them?
