Management system
Published Reviewed
A management system is the organised set of policies, processes, objectives, and responsibilities through which an organisation directs and improves a discipline — quality (ISO 9001), environment (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001), or information security (ISO 27001). All modern ISO management standards share one harmonised structure, which is why organisations increasingly run one integrated system audited against several standards at once.
